What services do you offer?

All standard watch service needs are available, from full movement service, repairs, battery changes for quartz and solar watches, crystal replacements, and waterproofing checks. Specialized repairs such as repair of broken dial feet, damaged hand repair, and balance staff replacements are offered, as well. All watches serviced receive a thorough case and bracelet cleaning and revitalization or replacement of the gaskets where applicable.

How long does repair take?

Repair times vary based on the service needed, but typical lead times are less than three months. Once your watch goes on the bench service to completion is approximately one week, which includes extensive observation and testing to ensure your watch is working optimally when it is returned to you.
